Activities

Summertime fun is filled with over 100 activities and special events including favourites like Christmas in July, Carnival Day, Wagon/Train Rides. There is something for everyone and many at no extra cost to you. Here is a glimpse of what we have in store for you.

Family Fun Bingo – Every Weekend. Bingo design for the whole family. With table full of prizes and unique bingo games. (minimal cost)

Kid’s Edible Craft – Every Saturday in July and August. Children can come, see and build craft made from candy and/or homemade bake goods and take them home to eat. (no cost)

Kid’s Sports – July & August Different sports offered weekly. For ages 8-13. (no cost)

Adult Baseball League – For all registered seasonal campers, runs mid June to Labour Day, every Saturday. Typically have 6 teams. Great opportunity to meet fellow campers. For ages 14 plus. (cost)

Family Carnival Day – August long weekend. Just like the fall fairs, lots of games and prizes, treats and entertainment. Free drinks and hotdogs for families. (no cost)

Annual Road Baseball Tournament – camp roads are paired together to form a baseball team to compete in a Slo-pitch one day tourney. Who will receive the Championship Lane sign?

Family Card Bingo – Every Wednesday in July and August. Great family fun. Bingo with a twist. Using playing cards, for families. (cost)

Family Pool Party – Every Tuesday in July and August. Music, special treats, inflatable pool toys, floating mats. For ages 18 and under. (no cost)

Kid’s Bingo – Prizes and candy to be won. Sing to certain numbers when called. For ages 3-16. (no cost)

H2O Wagon Ride – Plug your ears. The wagon ride loaded with kids is coming and they are not impressed by the garden hoses, buckets, water balloons that are about to soak them. For ages 4-14. (no cost)

Fishing Derby – Great family get together. Tons of prizes to be one, July. For families. (no cost)

Father’s Day Breakfast – What better way to Dads heart than through his stomach. For families. (cost)

Annual Cook Off and Corn Roast – September Long Weekend. Everyone a meal prepared by fellow campers along with delicious corn together while listening to live music. For families. (no cost)

Christmas in July – Lunch with Santa Claus. Each child gets a gift. For ages infant-12. pre regrisation required(cost)

Live Bands – A couple of times a year live bands come to perform. We try to host it outside so the whole family can participate. For families. (no cost)

Easter @ PVP – Join in the hunt for Easter eggs and win candy and other prizes for ages 2-12. (no cost)

Laser Tag – Once a year we host an outdoor laser tag complete with obstacles and score cards. There is enough time for some adult fun too. For families. (no cost)

Garage Sale – Stroll throughout the camp or community setup style

Ice-cream Sunday Sundae – Come gather around with fellow campers and enjoy ice-cream with all your favourite toppings. For families. (no cost)

Euchre – Every Friday night. For ages 19 plus. ($5)

Car Show/ Trade Show – Enjoy the old classics or visit one of the many trades booths i.e. Avon, Scentsy, home baked goods, etc.

Fireworks – Canada Day weekend. One of the summer’s favourites.
