  1. Click on the seasonal login link, password provided in the email sent by the office.
  2. Please complete the blue highlighted areas on page 1 and 2, sign page 2, you can check the box to be your electronic signature.
  3. Fill in the boxes on page 3 and 4
  4. Save to your device
  5. Send paperwork to pvpfallpaperwork@gmail.com
  6. Payment can be sent by Etransfer or pay debit or cash at the camp office.

3. Save to your device
4. Send forms to pvpwinterizing@gmail.com
